So much has been happening in 2016 for Passion In My Pans! Finally, business is picking up. Let’s back up a minute. Last fall, I approached a friend of mine who owns a local coffee shop to see if she would be interested in serving my quiche in her shop. We decided to give it a try on Saturday mornings.
Six months later and I am still delivering quiche on Saturday mornings to Fort Thomas Coffee. They sell by the slice and every week they are usually sold out by 10 am.
Even bigger news is that I am also now FDA approved, have a licensed kitchen, and my quiche is also for sale at Madison’s of Findlay Market. Truly a dream come true for me. Findlay is one of my favorite places! I love all the food vendors, and the energy of the people there is so addicting.
